We want to make booking our premises even smoother and more versatile. On October 5, 2026, we will open a new space portal for Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, through which all our event and meeting spaces can be booked from one single location in the future.
There may be service interruptions in space bookings from Oct 1st to Oct 4th, 2026, during which it will not be possible to make bookings online as the spaces are migrated to the new portal.
The current Spacent service used for booking Werstas spaces, as well as the Vierailukeskusjoki.fi online store offering Joki spaces, will be discontinued at the same time.
What does the change mean for our customers?
● One portal for all spaces: You can easily book meeting rooms, project spaces, and event spaces across the entire Teknologiakiinteistöt area with a single login.
● Contracts and balances remain: The change does not require new contracts. If your company has had booking or space balance, it will be automatically transferred to the new system.
● New credentials: Implementing the service requires creating a new user account, for which detailed instructions will be provided before the launch. In the future, you can also manage your company's own user accounts yourself.
What happens next?
When the service opens on Oct 5th, 2026, customers will receive a direct link to the new space portal and login instructions via email.
